Terms & conditions
These terms cover your use of sealnlock.com and any order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them. Please read them before you buy. If you buy through a distributor rather than from us directly, that distributor’s terms apply to your purchase, not these.

The short version.
A summary, not a substitute. The full text below is what actually applies.
Trade products
These are professional-grade chemicals. By ordering you confirm they will be used by someone competent to handle them, per the label and the safety data sheet.
Test every job first
Hardscape surfaces vary enormously. We warrant the product, not the outcome of a particular job, so test a small area before you start.
Returns need authorising
Opened or partly used chemical containers generally cannot be accepted. Contact us before returning anything.
Florida law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts serving Pasco County have exclusive jurisdiction.

“We”, “us” and “our” mean Seal ‘n Lock. “You” means the person or business using the site or placing the order.
2.Who can buy
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. These are professional-grade chemical products intended for trade use. By ordering you confirm that the products will be used by someone competent to handle them, in line with the product label, the technical data and the safety data sheet.
We sell within the United States. If you need product shipped elsewhere, contact us before ordering.
3.Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we accept it, which we do by shipping the goods or by sending you an acceptance. An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we received the order, not acceptance of it.
We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if the item is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or the description, if we cannot verify payment or the delivery address, or if we suspect fraud or resale in breach of a distribution agreement. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
4.Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout before you confirm. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. If a price or product description is obviously wrong, we are not obliged to supply at that price; we will tell you and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
5.Shipping, title and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Some products are classed as hazardous materials for transport, which can restrict the carriers and services available and can add a fee. Any such restriction or fee is shown at checkout or confirmed with you before we ship.
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Inspect the shipment on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us and the carrier within a reasonable time and keep the packaging, or a damage claim may not be possible.
6.Returns
If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact Success@sealnlock.com and we will put it right. For any other return, contact us first: chemical products cannot be returned without prior authorisation, and opened or partly used containers generally cannot be accepted for safety and resale reasons. Our current returns process, including any time limit and any restocking or return shipping charge, is the one we give you in writing when we authorise the return.
7.Using the products safely
You are responsible for using our products correctly. Before you start a job:
- Read the product label, the technical data and the safety data sheet, and follow them.
- Use the personal protective equipment the safety data sheet calls for.
- Test on a small, inconspicuous area first. Hardscape surfaces vary enormously in porosity, age, prior treatment and condition, and results vary with them.
- Check that the surface is suitable and properly prepared, and that conditions on the day are within the ranges the product literature specifies.
- Store and dispose of product and containers as the label and local regulations require.
Advice we give in person, by phone or on this site is offered in good faith and in general terms. It is not a substitute for your own assessment of the specific surface and the specific job.
8.Warranty
We warrant that our products, when shipped, meet our published specifications and are free from defects in material and manufacture. Any further or different warranty applies only if it is stated in writing in the product literature for that product.
Because we have no control over surface condition, preparation, weather, application technique or equipment, we cannot and do not warrant the outcome of any particular job. To the fullest extent the law allows, all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
Where a product is proved defective, our responsibility is limited, at our option, to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it. Contact us before doing remedial work, so we can inspect.
9.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost work, labour costs, or the cost of removing or reapplying a product. Our total liability arising out of any product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or order.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts serving Pasco County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
