All four Seal ‘n Lock PRO sealers are water-based and designed for professional hardscape sealing. Their high-solids formulations provide strong joint stabilization while giving contractors control over the final level of color enhancement and sheen. What separates them is how far they take the finish—from the natural appearance of PRO Natural 1K to the maximum gloss of PRO Max Gloss 2K.
PRO Natural 1K

What to work out before you order.
Settle these before you order and the estimate takes care of itself. The current Technical Data Sheet on each product page always carries the authoritative numbers.
Check the dilution
All three 1K sealers dilute 1:1 with clean water. PRO Max Gloss 2K mixes Part A and Part B 4:1 first, then dilutes 1:3 for the flood coat and 1:1 for the top coat.
Know what a pail makes
A 5-gallon pail of PRO Natural 1K or PRO Semi-Gloss 1K covers approximately 750 to 850 sq. ft. after recommended dilution, PRO High-Gloss 1K up to 1,000, and a complete Max Gloss 2K kit up to 1,200.
Mix only what you will lay down
Once Max Gloss 2K’s Part A and Part B are combined, typical working time is 2 hours, with 3 hours maximum under favorable conditions. Never store mixed material.
