High gloss you can measure.
PRO High-Gloss 1K is our flagship one-component waterborne hybrid sealer featuring advanced IPN resin technology. It is engineered for deep color enhancement and a measurable high-gloss finish, and is designed to penetrate the prepared surface and joints while also developing a clear, continuous protective finish at the surface.
The product appears milky in the container and dries to a clear high-gloss film when properly applied. At 45% solids by weight it is the highest-build one-component sealer in the PRO line, sitting above PRO Semi-Gloss 1K for sheen and below the two-component PRO Max Gloss 2K.
Measured gloss: 20° = 60.8 GU | 60° = 72.3 GU | 85° = 80.2 GU. Final appearance can vary by substrate and application.
Benefits
Best applications
How to apply it.
Read the technical data sheet before you start. These are the working numbers the crew needs on site.
Prepare the surface
The surface must be clean, sound and free of contaminants or incompatible coatings. Apply to properly prepared pavers with no standing water. Seal over an existing coating only after confirming compatibility and adhesion with a small test area.
Dilute and mix
Always dilute 1 part sealer with 1 part clean water. Mix gently until uniform before application. The liquid is milky in the container and dries clear.
Apply and recoat
Apply uniformly at 50°F (10°C) or above, and within the temperature range stated in the current TDS. Coverage is up to 1,000 square feet per 5-gallon pail after the recommended dilution, depending on porosity, texture, joint width and film build.
Recoat only after the preceding coat is dry to the touch and visibly dry. Typical dry-to-touch time is approximately 15 minutes, but conditions can extend this. Do not exceed four finish coats after the flood coat. Use PRO-Traction in the final coat where additional wet-surface traction is required.
Return to service
Allow 24 hours before foot traffic and 48 hours before vehicle traffic. Weather and film thickness can extend these times.
Safety and maintenance.
Download and review the current TDS and SDS before use. The TDS contains application requirements; the SDS contains hazard, PPE, first-aid, storage and disposal information.
Any coating can change surface traction, especially when wet. Use PRO-Traction in the final coat where increased slip resistance is needed, particularly on pool decks, walkways and other wet-use areas. Always test the completed system.
Seal over an existing coating only after confirming compatibility and adhesion with a small test area. Failing, peeling or incompatible coatings must be removed before resealing.
Measured gloss
60.8 GU at 20°, 72.3 GU at 60° and 80.2 GU at 85°, as stated on the product data.
Coverage varies
Actual coverage depends on porosity, texture, joint width, dilution and film build.
Storage
Shelf life is 12 months when properly stored.

Test it on the surface first.
Absorption changes with the paver, its age and whatever was sealed on it before, and that drives both the finish and how much material the job takes. Find a distributor, try it on the actual surface, then price the work knowing what you will get.
